Galvin Middle School1

Dedicated to William H. Galvin, Superintendent of the Canton Public School System (1959-1976), in 1976 it houses the sixth, seventh, and eight grades and cost $5.1 million to build. It is located on Pecunit Street and was designed to hold 1200 students, but in the year 1988 only housed 575 students.
